The single room features efficient organization, providing adequate space for storage with shelves, a desk, and a charging shelf above the bed. The WiFi connection is solid throughout the hotel, and complimentary coffee and filtered water stations add a nice touch on the go.
The breakfast area lacks sufficient space. When busy, it struggles to accommodate guests promptly because there's only one individual managing both reception and breakfast service. The hotel's temperature control system is centralized, and individual temperature adjustments are not possible, which could be a significant downside for many travelers.

It's a great location. Any place can be reached on foot. In the end the room was clean and with a good view of the street.
1. I booked and wrote that I was coming after 00, when I arrived at night the hotel was full. A man at the reception called another hotel and booked me a room there. I had to walk to another hotel 20 minutes and overpay the amount of the night more expensive than I had booked at that hotel. 2. When I returned the next day at 11:30 in Republik the room was not ready and the girl at the reception said that it would be only at 12:30.3. When I finally got the keys to the room and went into it, it was very dark, there is one small window that overlooks another building and the whole room is smoky. I asked for a change of room, and I finally got a nice room with a street view. But despite all the difficulties, the staff is friendly.

The hotel’s complimentary coffee and water stations were fantastic for hydrating during my city exploration. The warm and helpful staff made me feel right at home, especially when they promptly handled my room issue.

Convenient location, close to many different food outlets... relatively close to small gastronomers... staff is friendly
Breakfast is very modest... pure "pampering"... tea... bun... was located right at the hotel. If you want to eat normally in the morning and go into town, option is not for you... number is tight enough... window looks not at the street, at the inner "nano yard"... it's like a well, where light falls from above... you're at the bottom of this well... that is, view from the window - just no... change... still... we arrive in France, we notice problems with the Internet... wai file... I mean, it's not there... it's kind of connected to wai file... the Internet isn't there... it shuts down after a while... I had to use it at my tariff...

I stayed in a Single Room. The location was perfect for exploring Lyon. The room felt very small with limited space.

The cleaners were very nice, food was great, and the secretary was very patient!
I was worried that the only way to get from floor to floor was by the lift... stairs would make me feel a bit safer in the event of a fire.

Plastic under bed sheets a bit odd.

Room: Very modern and clean, bathroom was adequate size. Staff was very friendly. Location was great, right in the center. Public transportation distance was very good, not more than 2 min walk. Great to have a boiler, coffee and tea in the room, plus a bottle of water that was changed once finished. Free WiFi.
Some attention to detail (not indispensable but would make life more comfortable): In the bathroom no hangers for shower towels at an adequate distance. Water boiler (which was great to have in the room) had to be pulled from the plug as it was not working properly. Water bottle provided (also great to have!!) was once open and not new. Not enough plugs in the sleeping area, in comparison there were more in the toilet (but in total an adequate number for all needs).
